Childhood

I never took an interest in dreams during childhood. I only remember having some nightmares during my childhood.

Turning point

Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge. I thought that if I worked with my dreams then I can not only find an interesting way of looking at life but solve some problems I'm having in my life. I read everything I could about dreams and started to write each one I could remember. Also, dreams worked into my studies of religion and mythology.

Definition

A seperate reality, a place where the conscious/unconscious meet...all of the above.

Now

Dreams let me know what's going on in my mind and helps me focus on issues that I might need to deal with in my waking life. My definition of dreams changes every time I have a dream.
